Our production_academy is the place where our passion for motorcycles and our dedication to training our production employees come together. In our own training center, we offer you a special onboarding program that focuses on the fascinating world of motorcycles. We also use innovative technologies such as augmented reality to make specific training content even more interactive and practical.
LEADERSHIP
What would motorsport be without the team manager? They are just as important as the drivers and the team! Depending on their development level, we offer our managers a selection of leadership and management training courses as well as individual coaching sessions. In this way, you not only motivate and optimize yourself, but also get your team to peak performance. Through regular networking events, you can exchange ideas and network with other colleagues.

RIder ACADEMY
For employees who are on the road by motorcycle as part of their job, the Riders Academy offers regular advanced rider safety training.
These sessions are designed to enhance riding skills, sharpen risk awareness, and promote safe behavior in a wide range of traffic situations.
Hands-on exercises help participants recognize potential hazards early and respond with confidence.
Our goal is clear: to increase safety in everyday work and sustainably prevent accidents.
Trainee programs
Every year, we organize various initiatives to enable trainees to gain experience in different areas of the company to kick-start their careers. Our trainees learn from experienced professionals from different areas of the company and work on challenging tasks and projects to enhance their skills. In this way, we enable our trainees to shape the future and actively contribute to the success of our company.
Internal Master Craftsman & Apprenticeship certification on 2nd educational path
In cooperation with the “Du kannst was!” initiative, we offer our production and logistics employees the opportunity to catch up on their apprenticeship qualifications in a shorter time by recognizing their practical skills and previous knowledge as well as specific on-the-job training. The “KTM WerkMEISTER” program provides our specialists with deeper insights into the fields of logistics management and mechatronics. Participants are prepared for a higher level of professional qualification and responsibility.
